Beth Weinstock
Mindfulness Faculty
Beth Weinstock, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and leadership coach who helps people build confidence, resilience, and a steady sense of self. Her work focuses on quieting the inner critic and managing anxiety—skills that are especially powerful for young musicians.
For more than 40 years, Beth has led workshops on these themes, including her long-running programs at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She has also taught at universities on both coasts and written for publications including HuffPost (formerly The Huffington Post).
Music and mindfulness have been lifelong threads in Beth’s life. A former flutist who attended New York City’s High School of Music & Art and spent summers at Tanglewood, she now brings more than 20 years of meditation practice to help students develop focus, confidence, and presence—skills especially important in music-making and everyday life.
