Today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world increases stress for students, especially those in underserved communities. Teaching mindfulness helps students manage anxiety, improve focus, and build resilience, enabling them to handle life’s challenges more effectively.

Learning to be Present
You will participate in daily general mindfulness sessions and/or one small group mindfulness track meeting during the camp week. At the Pre-Session on June 14, you will select the mindfulness track that interests you most. We will do our best to accommodate your first choice.
